Shipping Information

Welcome to Aetheria Jewelry

As soon as your order is placed our manufacturing process begins which includes the following steps in the same order:

  1. Appointing a designer to your order.
  2. Confirming the model for the jewelry requested and ensuring no details are missing.
  3. Strict quality assurance of the selected materials to ensure it lives up to the quality standards we expect to give you a perfect experience.
  4. Strict quality assurance of the selected metal to make sure there are no imperfections or defects.
  5. Once all the previous details are determined your unique piece of jewelry begins the crafting process. 
  6. Once finalized the jewelry is picked, packed and shipped to your provided shipping address.

The various stages of the process can take more or less time depending on the unique needs of the jewelry in question, complexity of the design and metal requested. But on average from placing your order to delivery it will be 2-3 weeks.

Tracking information.

All orders are secured, insured and tracked with a live-status tracking ID. This means you can follow your order every step of the way. If for whatever technical reason you do not automatically receive your tracking information via email a few days after ordering; please do not hesitate to contact us on support@aetheriajewelry.com Please allow 24-72 hours before a tracking number is available.

Shipping rate(s).

Here at Atheria Jewelry we do not charge you for standard shipping if your order value is above $150 USD. For orders below this amount the standard fee is $4.5 USD. However we may at times offer expedited processing and shipping at an additional cost and you may choose as per your specific requirements.

Shipping policy.

Atheria Jewelry is not responsible if a package is not deliverable due to missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. Please take great care to enter the correct shipping details when at check out. We cannot offer refunds in case your package is lost, but we will of course be able to re-ship the item at no additional cost to you on the item or shipment.

However we always aim to strive for customer satisfaction and we want you to have a good experience with our company. Therefor if there has been some mistake or error regarding delivery, please contact us and we will work something out to make sure you have a good experience.

In case of error.

If you realize you have made an error, e-mail us as soon as possible on support@aetheriajewelry.com explaining the error and provide the correct information. We will assist you in any way we can - however please understand that if the package has already been shipped that we are often unable to alter the destination address at this stage.

We will however attempt to do anything within our power to assist in every situation - we are here to help you.
